26\u00aa REGI\u00c3O\/AC<\/strong>, representada por seu Presidente, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, com fundamento no art. 51 do estatuto do conjunto CFESS\/CRESS, regulamentado pela resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFESS N\u00ba469\/2005:<\/p><p><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Art.1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Nomear a Conselheira Vice-Presidente Antonia Vanda Matos de Souza, como Presidente em exerc\u00edcio pelo per\u00edodo de 120 dias, a contar da data de 25 de janeiro de 2021, considerando o pedido de afastamento do Conselheiro Presidente Saimo Gabriel Mota de Souza.<\/p><p><strong>Art.2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> A substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tratada no artigo anterior cessar\u00e1 t\u00e3o logo termine o per\u00edodo de afastamento do Conselheiro Presidente, ocasi\u00e3o em que retornar\u00e1 a Conselheira a seu cargo anterior, sem necessidade de publica\u00e7\u00e3o de nova Portaria.<\/p><p><strong>Art.3\u00ba &#8211;
